In this phase, we want to know where you've been and where you are now and where you want to go. We'll collaborate closely with you to understand project objectives, identify challenges, and establish a unified vision, defining scope and constraints to ensure alignment.

Now we know where you're at and what success looks like for you, we can start looking deeper at your digital identity. We look at the actual problems that need to be tackled to ensure a re-design is a success. What's happening visually (colours, spacing, alignment, typography, photographic treatment, etc), but also under the hood of your website (ranking on search engines, bugs, backlinks, loading speeds, etc).

We've identified the problems across your website and now, we can start carefully looking at the flow of a user coming to your website and design pages accordingly. At this stage, we'll determine page layouts, collect assets and determine copy that needs to be written. We'll collaboratively become clearer and clearer on the final designs with final copy and final assets.

After a thorough review process, the designs will be handed off. Not only will we hand off the designs but label all the assets carefully and ensure you have everything you need for development.

This is where we really get cooking and bring the designs to live. Developing on Oxygen 6, we prioritise scalability, usability, and seamless animations, ensuring a dynamic and high-performance website.

A great website not only looks beautiful but functions seamlessly. Ensuring optimal performance, we structure your pages with a coherent layout and integrate SEO-friendly elements like headings, meta-descriptions, and Open Graph. We focus on fast loading times, employing techniques such as image optimisation and reducing unused CSS classes for an efficient and streamlined web experience.

Before launching, we provide comprehensive training on Oxygen 6 editor mode, granting non-technical control over text, images, and content from the CMS, fostering autonomy for clients in managing and updating their site. (this can also be offloaded with a maintenance plan)

With an optional fixed retainer, our ongoing maintenance service ensures the ongoing integrity of your site, including tasks such as link verification, content updates, and promptly addressing any issues, allowing you to focus on your core business while we handle the technical details
